Creamy Tuscan Chicken

Not much to say about this recipe except YUMMMM!!! Let’s jump right into the recipe.

What You will need

  • 4-5 Bone in Chicken Thighs

  • 1 yellow onion chopped

  • Kayas Staple Seasoning

  • 2-4 Cloves of garlic chopped

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 mozzarella cheese

  • 1 diced tomato or roasted red peppers

  • parsley for garnish



Lets Cook

Season your chicken very well with the Kayas Staple Seasoning. Heat your oil and butter in a pan on medium low heat. Place the chicken thighs skin side down in the pan. Pan sear for 13 minutes to get that skin nice and crispy. Turn the chicken over and cook the other side for 15 minutes. Remove to a plate.

Lets get this sauce going. Add your onions, garlic, and saute until translucent and fragrant. Add in your tomatoes, or red peppers and spinach. mix well and cook until spinach is wilted. Add heavy cream, salt and pepper bring to a simmering boil. Add your cheese mix well. Simmer until bubbly and slightly thickened.

Place your chicken back in the pan cover with sauce. Simmer to continue cooking until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
